Photoloco is a photobooth business based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, designed to bring a fun, high-energy experience to events. It leans into a playful retro vibe—nostalgic, but still fresh and relevant today.
The goal was to create a brand that stands out in a crowded event space while clearly communicating personality and fun. Instead of feeling generic or purely functional like many photobooths, Photoloco is designed to be memorable and instantly associated with a good time.
The identity is built around bold, funky, retro, vibrant, and energetic visuals. Bright orange and yellow serve as the core palette, supported by other lively tones to keep the system dynamic and flexible across applications. Typography uses Gulfs Display for its bold, expressive character, while the logo features a camera shutter-inspired mark that directly connects to photography in a simple, recognizable way.
The brand lives across multiple touchpoints including social media templates, thank you cards, brand guidelines, and the photobooth experience itself. Designed to translate seamlessly from digital to physical, the system creates a cohesive, high-energy experience from start to finish.
