As a Digital Content and Social Media Intern at Pinkberry Philippines, I managed and grew the brand’s TikTok presence through content planning, video editing, copywriting, and publishing. I developed the account’s content strategy from the ground up, increasing engagement and audience growth within three months through trend analysis, strategic hashtag use, and creative short-form content.
I also conceptualized and helped design the Pinkberry website, focusing on improving the brand’s visual identity, layout, and overall user experience. Alongside this, I designed branded marketing materials and ad banners for multiple branches using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
In addition, I conducted competitor and market research within the food and beverage industry to support marketing initiatives and campaign development. I also conceptualized and developed branded merchandise, including Pinkberry plushies and stickers.
I contributed to the development of the “Swirl and Win” campaign for SM Supermalls’ 40th anniversary, which was launched at the SM Aura and SM Mall of Asia branches.
